Services
We offer design-build services in New York City including remodeling, renovations and building maintenance. Our partners include a consortium of trades and skills including architects, designers, cabinet makers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters and expeditors. Inasmuch as remodeling and renovating sound like they are the same thing, they are not, there are subtle differences.  

1. Remodeling
Remodeling involves adding a new feature to a home or business. For example: Designing and building an additional room, adding a new floor, expanding a kitchen or a bathroom.

2. Renovations
Renovations usually focus on restoring a current or older space and reviving it to look as it was previously. Examples include redoing a bathroom, kitchen or office space to mirror it’s previous condition.

3. Building maintenance
Building maintenance includes cleaning common areas, removing trash regularly, and repairing items that are broken. It may also involve inspecting, repairing, and maintaining electrical, heating and air conditioning systems and other utilities.

There are 4 ways of working with us:
1. Large renovation Firms
Large remodeling and construction renovations firms often ask us to be their subcontractors due to our ability to scale-up rapidly and offer a quick turnaround. This work can range from a multi-room apartment to doing a muti-floor building.

2. Small Projects
Not all projects require large scale efforts or budgets. Some are simple and do not need extensive work to be done: examples include modifying or repairing parts of kitchens, bathrooms or main working or living areas; and you still have full access to our designers.

3. Large Residential Projects
These projects consist of fully integrated design and build experiences that may include the entire apartment or house. This would entail a complete demolition or redesigning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living rooms.

4. Building Maintenance Work
We have a selection of dedicated staff on call to manage building maintenance job assignments.
